The problem with “Tax Preparation” and how we aim to fix it

The problem with “Tax Preparation.”

Tax preparation is the process of trying to put your last year’s income and expenses on the previous year’s tax return. The nature of that work focuses on the past, and chances are your tax preparer is too busy trying to figure out what happened in the past at the expense of your present and future needs.

The Solution with “Tax Strategy.”

Instead of “Tax Preparation,” Bespoke Tax Solutions PC was birthed to focus primarily on “Business Tax Strategies,” which is future-focused. “Tax preparation” focuses on outputs, whereas “tax strategy” focuses on predictable and planned outcomes so that nothing comes as a surprise when filing your taxes.

Why Bespoke?

In marketing, “bespoke” describes a product or service tailored to a specific customer’s needs or specifications. It implies exclusivity and customization, often associated with high quality and attention to detail.

The Bespoke Tax difference.

We want you to know that our aim is to give you peace of mind regarding your tax situation. But peace of mind cannot happen on an annual basis. Peace of mind is achieved when a regular rhythm of communication is formed between the business owner and the CPA. This is why we focus on partnering with customers who see the value in an ongoing relationship with their CPA as opposed to just once a year.

Why we don’t charge per hour.

Hourly billing is why people avoid talking to lawyers or accountants. Charging every six minutes is an unnecessary barrier preventing meaningful relationships between CPAs and clients.

We don’t sell “time” as “time” rewards us for being inefficient while you wait for us to be effective.

Instead, we opted for an upfront, flat-fee subscription pricing model focusing on efficacy which allows you unlimited access to us throughout the year. It’s the only model that eliminates risk and focuses on what truly matters: value to you.

Who we serve.

Bespoke Tax Solutions PC is not for everyone. We only exist to serve business owners who believe there needs to be a higher standard of customer service with their CPA. We want to redefine that experience for you and help shape the legacy you leave for the next generation.
